Extra fees will apply if traveling long distances if you are outside the Wilmington/Jacksonville, NC areas.
Rescheduling Policy.
I understand life happens and special circumstances arise that require cancellations and rescheduling. One class can be cancelled and reschedule with no charge. Any subsequent sessions there will be a $50 cancellation fee and that session rescheduled. Please notate, that if more than one session is cancelled due to special circumstances, combining 2 sessions will be a possibility due to limited availability.
Payments
A Non-Refundable deposit of $100 is made to hold your space in class. This will be applied to the overall tuition fee.
Class tuition must be paid in full before start of the series unless prior arrangements have been made.
No refunds will be given after the first class has been taught.

Upon enrollment you will:
Make the $100 (this is subtracted from the class fee) deposit to hold your space. You will be sent an invoice unless other arrangements are made.
Receive a "Welcome to HypnoBirthing” email within 24-48 hours.
Your Class Materials and Audio Rainbow Relaxation will be mailed to the address provided on the enrollment.
